Based on the condition, style, and brand of your clothing, we will give you a cash and store credit quote.

Cash vs. Store CreditOnce we finish going through your items, we will give you a cash and store credit offer. By choosing Cash, you will receive the funds on the spot. By choosing Store Credit, you will receive 30% more than the cash quote. Store Credit does not expire and you are not required to spend it the day of. We keep track of available store credit on your behalf.

What If I Want to Donate My Items That You Couldn't Buy?Great! We donate to St. Vincent de Paul on your behalf. You can leave anything you would like for donation. They come and pick up the items from us once a week. We also have the tax write off forms for you if you itemize your deductions.

What Is Your Return Policy?Because our inventory is pre-owned, our ability to assess whether a purchased item has been used since the point of sale is limited. For that reason, all sales are final. In some instances, we will consider purchasing the items again, but at our standard offer for that type of garment or accessory. If you have questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please ask the associate assisting you before leaving the store.
